Need help! Strange decal

I saw this m34 helmet with a strange decal on it. These are the only pictures I have and can get from the seller. Does anyone know this decal? Is it a fake?

Also good to know, he sells it as a firebrigade helmet. So he probably isn’t beware of the decal.
