I recently purchased this Japanese NLF helmet and was wishing to gather others’ thoughts/opinions on the liner’s originality? (if it is a repro liner can you direct me to the folks making them?) as it was sold as original and knowing the vendor would simplify a return.

Additionally, I would humbly request a translation or two (not all, I’m not greedy;-) of the Kanji on the helmet’s surface. The helmet has a coating or shellac or some clear-coat, which I believe a veteran did to preserve the helmet. Yes, I see the weird replacement split pin on the left rear of the helmet as well.
