Hello friends, I purchased this German Police Bayonet (and a Luftwaffe Dagger) from an estate sale recently. I am looking to see options on both pieces because I am not an expert. I mostly have US knives uniforms and medals and German militaria is fairly uncharted territory for me. Basically I took a chance on them and some German Badges/tinnies. Also looking to see if I did okay with my price. I will post the detailed bayonet pics in the appropriate place but will attach a single picture of it here at the bottom just for reference. I almost forgot too, the blade is rusting a bit and the nickel is flaky, can I do anything to improve the blade and rust on this Bayonet?
