Question 2 e-tools to review

Hey Guys - I was offered 2 e-tools, one is a straight type the other one is a folding one.

Here are some not so great but ok pics of the straight e-tool:

On this the marking seems to be a human figure holding a shovel - question: which maker is that?
Asking price is: 25 EU

Second e-tool:

On this the marking seems to be a 3 letter logo (see last pic), unfortunately, can’t make it out… Anyone else maybe? (The first letter could be an "A"?)
Asking price is: 48 EU
