Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen

If I can piggyback, I have this ASA ( sadly a dug example ) that is a heavyweight too.

It is 30-31gms even with the bite outta the side and 4mm thick at the center. Vaulted too ( 2mm lengthwise and 1mm side to side ) and is strong on the details. Wish it were in better nick but its still attractive.

Any idea on the maker, Ned or Stewy?
