Artillery Waffenrock Badly damaged

Hi all,

I am offered this Waffenrock. It is in bad condition, but if the price is right and everything looks oke I will but it. What do you think? Tommorow I will get a photo of the whole tunic and with the eagle. Thanks in advance.
