DLV / RLB buckle - RZM 72 Paul Cramer

Hello buckle maniacs out there. This one arrived today and I would like to show it for you :)

Typical ears for Paul Cramer.

But what should I call it? DLV or RLB? Or maybe even early Luftschutz?
This type of buckles is almost a blank sheet for me. I really need to study them more.
