US M4 Bayonet Imperial

Hello everyone

I recently purchased this US M4 Bayonet, wartime manufactured by Imperial with M8A1 scabbard, 1950s manufactured by Victory Plastics. It has three strange X marks under the cross guard which I’ve not seen before, anyone seen these before?. I picked it up fairly cheaply compared to what these usually go for.

Any comments welcome.
