Help Wanted ON Bren Mk I Tripod

I have a Bren Gun Mk I tripod with anti aircraft legs which i’ve used before. I haven’t used it in then years and can’t get the antiaircraft leg extensions to release. I thought they just pulled out but won’t. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get them to release them?
