Polizei bergmutze? Opinnions

What is this cap suppose to be? Schutzpolizei bergmutze? It has this bluish-green color, not grey-green. No sign of edelweis ever sewn in it. Does it have wrong insignia? Short peak is mush, cardboard likely destroyed by washing machine wash.

Should i treat this cap as heer or polizei bergmutze? Your opinions please on the matter.
