English in German SA book

Hello,

I’m considering buying this book from sammlermarkt. As far as I know they’re a reliable source with fairly decent prices, right?
Anyway, it’s an SA book from 1932 written by Joseph Carl Huber, whom I believe was killed in the night of the long knives?
It’s got a copyright note in it in English, was this normal for the time/location?
