Kriegsmarine Signals Patch

Hi all. I wasn’t sure where to put this as I am not sure when it is from, but I believe it to be a Kriegsmarine Signals patch. Does anyone know if this is from WW2 or later as I cannot find any with the red stitching around the edge so it is a mystery to me. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
