Forestry dagger

I have had this dagger for a number of years. I believe its a forestry dagger missing pieces from both ends of the stag horn. Been hoping to find pieces but viewing the ones on this site all seem to be different. Only marking is a 3 on the tang as well as the crosspiece. Any info is appreciated.
