SA Dagger Aesculap near mint!
Hi Gents This weekend I picked up this beautiful SA dagger for my private collection. Purchased from a fellow collector it was in its own collection.
This Aesculap daggers are known for their beautiful lacquered grip. 95% of this lacquer is still present and thats quite unique because it quickly comes off.
The blade has left all its crossgrain and the motto is deep en with the dark background. Also the anodised scabbard has no signs of wear or dents on it, it looks almost new. Also the nickel silver guards en fittings haves no issues lower crossguard has the SW gruppe mark . The early 3 piece hanger has the same collor as the grip and makes it nice and complete.
