Hello all. I’m hoping you can help identify this piece. I bought it on a whim, as I have similar pieces with the same markings. But I have never seen one of these. Does anybody know what this is, and what it was used for? It has an unusual cutout up near the fork/spoon end, but only on one side. The only marking on the reverse is BSF100 which I think has something to do with the silver content? Any help that can be provided is appreciated as always. Thank you for your time!
