These were for the Musselmann SS-Regiment which was compsed of Moslems from the Turkestan Region.
Excellent and un-issued condition(none actually were).

This is a collector grade cuff itle at a fantastically low price.
One major website has one of these listed for $600. I have not seen one for sale anywhere for less that $400.
