Cap - very questionable

Dear All,

Recently I have dug up this cap among some old stuff in a box and remembered that I bought it in 1996 and forgot about it (when I was still young and stupid :)). It looks very questionable to me. I guess it is made of authentic German zell, but with fake stamp and produced somewhere in the 90s.

Any thoughts on this one?
