Need help! Kriegsmarine leathercoat?

Hello,

can somebody help me with this jacket? It has buttons for shoulder straps, pockets like some Kriegsmarine coats i’ve seen and also the golden navy-buttons. I know a lot of civilan jackets which have the same buttons, so I want to ask for your opinions.
