Well worn, used and abused but it only cost $7 (yes, seven dollars). My wife said the lady was happy to sell it. She didn’t know it was real only that it had a swastika and she thought I’d like it. Thanks, Honey! A real once in a lifetime chance. It’s the only way this retired old collector could ever have one in his modest collection.
I wanted to share this story just to let you see what’s still out there if you happen to at the right place at the right time.
