Need help! Austro-Hungary WWI Soldier uniform, kepi and medals identification

Hi there,

I have a few questions about this picture, WWI is not my cap of tea, so I recognized only rank-gefreiter and for me it was taken in pre-war years or in first war years.
I should be grateful if someone will reply and tell me about details.
