Help with a strange unit ID please

Hi Guys, A little help from our more knowledgeable members please.

I have just picked up this Luftwaffe "in memory of my service sheet, but what was the unit? can anyone help me out. I know it’s a Flak unit from Munster, but what’s with the SS Efen Kray?
