German Vehicle / Tent Heater

Final piece of Field Gear I picked up was this vehicle / tent heater. Nice and salty. Looks like maybe a license plate number was painted on bottom of rim base in white or tan paint. Can’t quite make it out (WL - 1???). Love these been there pieces
