Some technical help please?

Hi gents, hoping you can help!

Threads shows kanji as little squares with numbers, and my email shows them as empty squares.

Can anyone tell me how to add the secondary language or text so I can view the kanji correctly?

I’m running the ‘old’ XP Professional operating system.

Any help greatly appreciated!
