Need help! Vietnam era back pack /rcksack

Need help in identifing this vietnam Era type backpack. The only thing i can find close is a X-frame used by airbourne. Its marked by a dsa 67. And U.S on the front strap. Any help would be greatly apprciated. Regards deadeye
