I was recently contacted by someone wanting to sell a Luftwaffe M43. The pictures are not very detailed, but what is there is clear. My question is what’s up with the leather sweat band? I was under the impression that these were all cloth. I can’t seem to find any other one with this sweat band in it. Any ideas?
