I recently acquired a vet captured lot that includes some really nice pieces, including this ammo pouch labelled with the soldier’s name, division and regiment info (it also includes the belt, buckle and two utility loops that it was attached to - not shown in photos). My questions are:

1. Is there any way to research this soldier based on this data?
2. How is his unit info supposed to read exactly? Is it "5th Panzer Division, Regiment 1"?
