Need help! Determination unknown object

Hi guys, I was digging in a forest in the Netherlands, when I found this. I don’t know what it is, and I really would like to know what this could be. I found it in a forest where english and canadian troops stayed for a while. I found many full canadian and english rounds on the same location, and other ww2 stuff. The object has a diameter of 3 cm, and it’s thickness is 1 mm. The text on the item says: 2 / 95
