Polish Para Info

Hi, can anyone help me out on this please ? I’m interested in any info on Henryk Warszada number 39026, who served in the 1st Polish Parachute Brigade. Also if possible I would like to know if he war awarded the Virtuti Militari . Look forward to replies. Cheers. Steve
