Hello All
Having picked this small pin badge up some weeks ago I have been wondering what it was for.
It is quite good quality and has the typical German pin mount.

I started doing some research on the badge and have discovered that it is from the Degussa (Deutsche Gold- und Silber-Scheideanstalt)organisation that started life back in the late 1800s but became quite prominent during the TR period.

The conglomeration of firms are still in existence but I am trying to find some evidence that the badge came from the 30s.

Any comments or opinions appreciated
