Ostmedaille ribbons

Another ribbon question from me! I have two Ostmedaille eastern front medals: one is junk, the other is genuine. However, both of the ribbons look ok according to my limited experience. They look and feel very similar. The one on the left has a slightly wider black stripe, but I’ve heard that this isn’t uncommon? Thanks for any advice!
