Question Heer Artillerie Schirmmütze

Hi friends, This visor cap just arrived in the mail from SV Militaria. I was looking for an original Heer visor cap to round out my uniform display. I’m still looking for a field cap - preferably an early style with soutache. I wanted something with some wear and a slightly crushed appearance and this one fit the bill. It has a black stamp inside that reads Robert Lubstein Berlin NW 21 1936. Size is marked in the crown. I wonder if this was a contract made Lubstein example because the name is not printed in the crown. The other markings are hard to read but I see Sta?? and A.R. 23 II. If it is the 23rd Artillery Regiment I think it can be traced to the 23rd Infantry Division. Any feedback welcome. NH
