I hope everyone’s weeks are going well. I am counting down the days till I have a few days off from work. A much needed vacation!

I recently picked up this, along with a couple other odds and ends. I was wondering if anyone knew what exactly it was. I have yet to find another like it. I believe it is NSKK, but like I said, I have found no other source to compare it to.
