Thoughts on this Jeger Tunic Please

Hello, I was curious if anyone could tell me in their opinion on what they think about this tunic, it has passed the black light tests as well. To me my only concern is the collar but it also looks like period work IMO. But I;m no expert…any help is greatly appreciated
