WW2 Boots…..Navy?

I got these boots at an estate auction of a WW2 veteran who served in the Navy. I assumed they were Navy boots but cannot find any WW2 Navy boots resembling these. Are they military? They look well worn and I cannot find any markings? Could they be motorcycle or aviator boots? Thanks.
