Just a basic, honest M31 canteen for reference
This is just a basic M31 canteen with an early black alloy cup. Nothing special, just an honest, untampered item with a nice stitched field repair.
The maker is CFL, the year is 1936 and this is what the well dressed soldat would be wearing during the Polish and France campaigns.
Good for reference I feel.
