I came this SS helmet, I believe it is an original helmet, it has a batch code number of three digits only being 830, the makers code I cannot make out but it has a 62 stamped there also. The band and liner have all the appropriate marks. The SS decal is actually 3mm larger than normal. At first sight you dont really notice it, until you place it next to another. The available info states they should be 41mm. The decal looks original, I even tested to see if it was new paint ontop, but does not appear to be.
Has anyone seen one like this before? Any ideas.
