Hi again All, before you is an Adolf Hitler 50th Birthday Silver Presentation Cross, supposedly awarded to a select few before the reinstallment of the Iron Cross in 1939. I have seen only one other that was for sale for around $2000. On the reverse is imposed the signature of AH, much like the Mother’s Cross, and marked Berlin. My jeweler examined it and declared it somewhere around sterling. Also in my collection is the same cross with swords much like the swords to the Oak Leaf Cluster with a ribbon ring rather than bottle pinback as this one has. I believe the cross to be authentic but am offering it to your scrutiny and all comments are very welcome.
Also will try to include photos of a Spange Bar to the Iron Cross for your viewing and comments.
