Need help! Help ID’ing possible Japanese Special Naval Landing Force cap

Heirloom without an identity. Anchor/cherry blossom insignia on olive green cap. Clearly Japanese print on the inside of the cap. Unsure whether this is real, fake, enlisted or officer. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
