Question Deutsche Jagdverband 1935 Medallion

This "hunting association medallion" turned up in a box of bits and bobs ..

Doe’s anybody have any further background on the item ?
.. It’s approx 3 inches in diameter, and stamped Ges Gesch on the reverse.
