Need help! USSR Dagger 1956

A very good friend of mine have this Dagger for sale. It’s in excellent condition. Never been used and the blade have never been sharpened. The blade was wrapped in oil paper when he got it. It should be from 1956, because it has no year stamp. Daggers of this type was not year stamped in 1956 only.
