I bought this helmet from someone I know very well, im not sure about it but i doubt about the paintjob, i bought it as 100% original…
This is my first piece of my collection and it would trouble me if this helmet was repainted.
The seller told me it first was a luftwaffe helmet, but in the war it was repainted and became a fahradtruppe helmet, SA?
The paintjob is very harsh, a bit like sandpaper as you will see on the last photo, underneath the dark paint you can see a more darkgreen like color, as you can see on the photo of the inside…
I hope the photos are clear enough for youre expert eyes to see.
