Allgemeine EM collar tab, genuine or not?

Greetings. I am in the position of selecting from a dealers stock as part of an exchange on previously purchased item. This is someting I would like in my collection, if genuine. The bullion looks acceptable but I am not familiar enough with the backing material to be sure. I would appeciate your views on its authenticity please.
