Description: Wehrpass to Obergefreiter Zippel who served in Panzer Rgt 10 (8 Pz.Div) from 1940 until his death in January 1943. Also comes with a letter to his family explaining his death in action, his death certificate and a photo of his grave. Zippel was a loader in a panzer and after being wounded on 7th January 1943, died in hospital 18 days later (explained in letter). He is listed on the Volksbund Database.
Awarded: EK II, PAB Silver, Black Wound Badge & Ost Medal. The PAB Silver looks to of been awarded after the 1941 Balkan campaign.
