Question Need Help Identifying!

So I bought the helmet recently and can’t figure out where it was used or what the insignia means. The stamping on the interior is ZR22 and it has the round rivets on the chin strap holders. (I guess this means American?) The liner is the old next looking style, but the color scheme throws me off. I believe the blue was added later?
