Question SS Panzer Wrap ???

Hope I’m not opening a Pandoras box here as it seems I regularly happen to achieve, however…. let those out there with the knowledge please contribute.

Is this tunic genuine period?

Label reads " C. Louis Weber " photos show outline of removed cufftitle,
there are traces of thread especially at rear side of it.

Collar tabs are machine stitched, X style pattern stitching is not present on underside of collar.

There are two sets of Brads for medals on left breast.
