Göring, fake Item.

Piked this item up today from an antiques dealer who have lots of shady stuff. I though it looked wrong (rough) and the price 350sek (35Euro) was way to much. But he said I could have it for 100sek, so why not.. :)

Its metal, 75mm, and ca2mm thick and glued to a red piece of glass. Mister "Shady Dealer" said he had glued it to the glass.

Have anyone seen this before? And what is it for?
