Small Airborne Group with Liner
Here is another ebay group that I got around 2001/02 for a reasonably cheap price. The liner is WWII with a post-war rigger modification, khaki chincup, and near mint sweatband and webbing. Nice thing about it is the liner would have been worn at the same time as the unit poster. When I got the unit poster it was rolled up into a tube ans was a bugger to flatten out without creating damage. One of these days I will get this one mounted up better.
Mr. Beaty had an extensive career with the US Army, 36 years, and he retired a full bird Colonel. He served in three wars, including two theaters in World War II.
