I have been in the process of having a clear out and came across this medal. I remember purchasing it some time ago from a market stool in Azerbaijan but I have not idea what it is really. I am not a collector but wanted to know if anyone would mind identifying it for me and possibly appraising its value.

I’m not sure what the rules are here on this forum so I am not going to solicit a sale. Suffice to say, I do not intend to keep it.
