Helsinki Museum’s Winter War Exhibition.
More photographs from my trip to Helsinki, Finland. The ones below are taken from "The Winter War - Finland’s Days of Honour" Exhibition. The museum itself can be found here: Military Museum. Liisankatu 1, 00170 Helsinki.
There were some impressive displays and items. Including the 4 Vickers water cooled machine guns in an anti-aircraft roll in the entrance hall, Marshal Mannerheim’s uniform and a reconstruction of a frontline trench. Entrance fee was very cheap (5 Euros) and there was nice little introduction by one of the guides included.
