Armebzeichen - help please!

Hello all, these just arrived and I’m not sure if they are Kriegsmarine or Heer or what? I checked on Wiki and the Kriegsmarine table showed the Matrosenobergefreiter (Seaman) as having blue background, and the Heer table for the Obergefreiter shows green background. Mine has a black background, what does this mean please?
